Grain sorghum is one of the world's oldest whole grains. Utilizing 1/2 to 1/3 of the water and chemical inputs of other crops, sorghum is an attractive and sustainable addition to cropping systems. 

Sorghum is naturally gluten free, non-GMO, low on the glycemic index, and high in antioxidants. The crop is versatile. Whether as a luxury culinary good, animal feed, bioplastics, or in an ethanol blend, sorghum really can do it all!
